Cancel, Standby and refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. Not running events for a while? Switch to Standby instead of cancelling, so your account and data stay as they are.

Your subscription

Go to Settings and scroll to Billing. Current Subscription shows your plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and the next billing date. Subscriptions renew automatically on that date until you cancel.

Switch to Standby

Standby keeps your account frozen for USD 19 per year. Your events, contacts, analytics, designs, settings and team setup are kept until you return. When you start a paid plan again, the USD 19 is taken off your first payment.

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing.

  2. Open the Cancel Subscription tab.

  3. Select Switch to Standby & Save Data.

During Standby your existing events keep working: their pages, links and calendar entries stay available to visitors. As soon as you create a new event, your previous plan restarts automatically.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing.

  2. Open the Cancel Subscription tab.

  3. Select Go to billing portal to cancel.

  4. In the billing portal, select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Your existing events keep working after that.

Change or downgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing.

  2. Open the Billing & Payment tab and select Manage Billing Information.

  3. In the billing portal, select Update subscription and pick the plan you want.

To stop using CalendarLink completely and remove your data, delete your account. See Your profile and deleting your account.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. A refund is only possible if your event has not taken place within those 14 days.

To request a refund, email [email protected].

A Single Event License is not refundable. See Single Event License.
