Timezone and format only affect you

The timezone and the date and time format apply inside your account. Visitors always see your events in their own timezone and format. See What visitors see on your event and collection pages.

To change the timezone of an existing event, edit the event. See Set the date, time and timezone.

Plan and billing

The top of Settings shows your current plan, with options to upgrade. You can also reach these through Upgrade at the top of every page.

Team

Invite colleagues under Add Members. See Invite team members.

More than one organization

To add another organization, select your name at the top right and then Create new organization.

Merge organizations or change the owner

Support can merge two organizations into one, or transfer the ownership of an organization to another team member. Email [email protected] to ask.

You cannot move a single event to another organization. When two organizations are merged, all their events move along.

Delete your organization

You can delete an organization under Settings once it is no longer on a paid plan. If you have a subscription, cancel it first. See Cancel, Standby and refunds.
