Archive a collection
Open the collection.
Select Archive at the bottom of the settings panel.
Confirm.
The collection page then shows only its events and the message that the collection is archived. It stays on Event collections, greyed out.
While a collection is archived, its public page no longer exists and you cannot add events to it. People who subscribed keep seeing its events in their calendar.
Restore an archived collection
Open the archived collection.
Select Unarchive collection.
Confirm.
The settings, the public link and the events come back as they were.
Delete a collection
Only an empty collection can be deleted: one with no past and no upcoming events. Those collections show a red bin icon on Event collections.
Select the bin icon next to the collection.
Confirm. The collection is removed for good.
No bin icon? The collection still has events, past or upcoming. Move them to another collection or delete them first, or archive the collection instead. See Create and manage collections and Edit, duplicate or delete an event.
