Edit, duplicate or delete an event

You manage an event from its page in the dashboard or from the three-dot menu (⋯) next to it in any list.

Find your events

The Events page lists your events per month, with a month calendar on the right that marks the days with events. Use the arrows to change month. Sort with Event date (first), Event date (latest), Created date (oldest first) or Created date (newest first).

Labels show the type of each event: Recurring, CONCEPT for unpublished events, and the number of RSVPs.

The options menu

Open an event and select Options, or use the three-dot menu (⋯) in a list.

  • View public page: Opens the event page as visitors see it.

  • Analytics: Opens the statistics of this event.

  • Edit: Opens the event form.

  • Duplicate: Creates a copy right away and opens it for editing.

  • Delete: Deletes the event after you confirm.

  • Delete all recurring: Only for recurring events: deletes the whole series.

Edit

You can change everything: title, date, location, description, collection, RSVP settings and design. To move an event to another collection, select the collection name at the top of the form and pick another.

Changes show on the event page right away. They do not reach calendars where the event was already added; see What happens when you change a shared event.

The event link stays the same when you edit an event.

Duplicate

Duplicate copies the title, dates, collection, design and status; a concept stays a concept. The copy gets its own new link.

Use it to set up a similar event quickly, or to put the same event in a second collection.

Delete

Delete removes the event and its page after you confirm. The old link then shows a "Not Found" page.

For an RSVP event, download the registrations before you delete it, so you can still reach the people who signed up.

Concept events

An event saved with Save as concept has no public page and no link yet. Open it and select Edit & publish event, then Save & publish.
