Zapier, Make and n8n
With Zapier, use the CalendarLink zaps to create new events or to trigger other zaps. You can create both Add to Calendar and RSVP events this way. With Make, build workflows with CalendarLink triggers, actions and searches. n8n works in the same way. Typical uses are creating events from another app and starting an action after a CalendarLink event.
API
Create an API token under your name at the top right, then API Tokens. The full specification is at calendarlink.com/openapi.json. See API tokens and IDs for how to get started.
Tools without an integration
Almost every email, form or website tool lets you paste a link or HTML. Use the sharing options of your event. See Add buttons and widgets to your website and Add your event to emails.
CalendarLink does not send invitations or emails to your list, also not through the API. Send them with your own email tool and add the event link or a button.
Booking appointments
CalendarLink is not an appointment booking tool: it does not show available time slots and does not block time in your calendar.
To send customers an add-to-calendar link for an appointment booked in another tool, use a Smart Link with the appointment date, or connect the booking tool through Zapier, Make, n8n or the API.
