No. CalendarLink does not read your calendar, show your free time or block time when someone books. If you want people to pick a free moment in your own agenda, use a booking tool such as Calendly, Cal.com or Microsoft Bookings.
CalendarLink can still help in three situations.
1. You have fixed time slots that people can sign up for
Create one RSVP event per time slot, for example a consultation at 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00, and set Max attendees to the number of places per slot. Put the slots in one collection and share the collection page: visitors see all slots, pick one and fill in the RSVP form with only the fields you ask for, such as name and phone number. For a slot that repeats every week, use a recurring event.
See Collect RSVPs for an event, Create and edit RSVP forms, Create and manage collections and Create a recurring event.
2. You want one link that people click to register
Every event has its own event page with a short link. Share that link on your website, in an email or on social media. Visitors register on the event page, and you see all registrations in the dashboard and can export them.
3. You already use a booking tool
Let your booking tool handle availability, and use CalendarLink for the confirmation. After a booking, create an add-to-calendar link with a Smart Link, Zapier, Make, n8n or the API, and send it in the confirmation email. Your customer then adds the appointment to Google, Apple, Outlook or any other calendar in one click.
