Import events

CalendarLink has no import feature for files such as CSV or iCal. To add many events at once, create them automatically from the place where your events already live.

Your events are in a spreadsheet, form, CRM or other app. Each new row or record creates an event.

Smart Links

Each event is created when someone opens a link with the event details.

Without an integration, you can use a spreadsheet: build one Smart Link per row and open each link once to create the events.

A few events

For a handful of events, create one by hand and use Duplicate for the rest. For events that repeat on a schedule, create a recurring event. See Edit, duplicate or delete an event and Create a recurring event.
