To add a Zoom link to your event, paste the meeting URL directly into the event's location field. This ensures CalendarLink recognizes it as an online event and lets your attendees add it to their calendars with a single click.
How to add your Zoom details
Create a new event or edit an existing one in CalendarLink.
Paste your Zoom meeting URL into the Location field.
Add any required meeting IDs or passcodes to the event description.
Important: CalendarLink does not alter your links or control meeting access. If you need to restrict who can join, configure a waiting room or password directly in your Zoom settings.
Common questions
Updating or removing links: If you change or remove the Zoom link in your event, the updates are automatically reflected in your subscribers' calendars only if you enable the "Shorten URL" option.
