The RSVP details panel
Open an RSVP event. The RSVP details panel on the right shows:
Status: Available, Max. number of attendees reached or Deadline expired.
Statistics: The number of Yes, Maybe and No answers, and the total.
Last registrations: The most recent registrations and when they came in.
Select View all registrations for the full list.
The Event registrations page
Each row shows the person, their answer under Status, and when it was Last updated.
Expand all / Collapse all: Shows or hides the form answers of every registration.
View contact: Opens the person's contact details.
Edit: Opens their registration on the event page in a new tab, with their answers filled in.
Add registration: Registers someone yourself.
Download (.csv) / Download (.xlsx): Downloads all registrations.
Select Back to and the event name to return to the event.
Add someone yourself
Select Add registration.
Pick their answer and fill in the form.
Leave Send confirmation email to attendee on to send them the confirmation email, or switch it off. See Collect RSVPs for an event for what the email contains.
Select Save.
A registration you add yourself does not create a contact, with or without the confirmation email, so it has no View contact action. The contact is created once the person submits the form themselves, for example through the link in their confirmation email.
Change an answer
Select Edit next to the registration.
On the event page that opens, change the answer or details.
Submit the form. The list updates right away.
The link behind Edit is signed, so only someone who has it can change the registration. You can send it to the attendee if they want to change their answer.
A registration cannot be deleted. To mark that someone is no longer coming, change their answer to No.
Download
People can keep registering on every plan. Your plan sets how many registrations you can view and download: 10 per event on Free, 100 on Startup and 10,000 on Business. See Plans, limits and prices.
Both files start with a few summary lines: the event name and date, the totals per answer and a link to the live list. Below that is a table with one row per registration: Name, Email, Status and Last update.
Use the file to email attendees about a change, or to import them into your mailing tool.
