How someone becomes a contact
A person becomes a contact when they interact with an event you shared. They start as an anonymous contact, such as "Anonymous #8163". Once they leave their details, for example by submitting an RSVP form, the contact gets their name, email address and country.
A registration you add yourself on the Event registrations page does not create a contact, also not when the confirmation email is sent. The contact appears once the person submits the RSVP form themselves. See View, edit and export registrations.
Until you have shared an event, the page shows No contacts found yet.
The contacts list
Name: The contact's name and country flag, with a green E-mail badge when their email address is known.
Activities: How many times they interacted with your events.
Latest calendar: The calendar app they last used to add an event, or Unknown.
Last activity: How long ago they last interacted.
Engaged Contacts Only at the top right is on by default. Switch it off to also see contacts who have not engaged yet.
