Step 1: Your organization
Organization name: The name visitors see as the organizer on your event pages.
Website: Your website or the page where you list your events.
How did you hear about us?: Pick the option that fits best.
Account timezone: The timezone new events start in.
Date and time format: How dates and times appear in your dashboard: month-day-year, day-month-year or year-month-day, in 12-hour or 24-hour time.
I would like to receive updates and other related news: Tick to receive product news by email.
Visitors always see your events in their own timezone, whatever you choose here. Select Next.
Step 2: Choose a plan
Pick Free, Startup or Business and compare prices with the Yearly / Monthly switch. Then select:
Continue with free to start on the Free plan. No credit card is needed.
Start a free trial to try Startup or Business first.
This screen is where you start a trial, so decide before you continue. You can upgrade later from Settings or the Upgrade button at the top of every page.
Find your way around
You land on the Events page. Select Add event at the top right to create your first event.
Dashboard: Totals for visitors, calendar adds, RSVPs and subscribers, and your upcoming events.
Events: All events per month, with a month calendar.
Contacts: People who interacted with your events.
Collections: Groups of events with one shared page. You start with Default collection.
Forms: RSVP forms. You start with Default RSVP Form.
Page design: The look of your event pages. You start with Default design.
Analytics: Visitors, calendar adds and RSVPs over time.
Settings: Your plan, organization details and team members.
The menu under your name at the top right has Profile, API Tokens, Create new organization and Log Out.
Next: Create an event.
